As your state senator, my goal is to find practical solutions to real problems. State government should help families, businesses and local government. When I author a bill, fight for an idea or cast a vote, the people of senate district 16 come first.
This past session I worked on:
- Improving Education
- Providing New Funds for Rural Nursing Homes
- Curbing Gov Spending
I supported reducing taxes for families, farmers and businesses and getting rid of the state taxes on pension benefits for veterans.
My record proves I get things done for the best interest of rural MN.
